Spend the day exploring the many nearby walking paths, lakeside dining, and golf, then return for relaxed evenings overlooking the water as boats pass in the distance. Updated interiors, comfortable bedrooms, and easy access throughout the building create a quiet lakefront setting suited for both weekend visits and longer stays. Located near the Ritz Carlton on Lake Oconee, this renovated waterfront condo places lake views at the center of the stay. From the moment the door opens, the water stretches across the horizon, visible through the main living space and from the private balcony positioned just outside the living area. The interior renovation brings together modern finishes, clean lines, and comfortable furnishings designed for everyday use. The living area and kitchen are arranged to keep conversation flowing while maintaining open views toward the lake, making the water part of the backdrop throughout the day. Days often begin on the balcony before heading out to enjoy the many nearby walking paths, golf courses, and lakeside dining around the Lake Oconee area. The location allows guests to move easily between recreation and relaxation without long drives, returning to the quiet waterfront setting whenever they choose. Bedrooms provide calm, private spaces for rest at the end of the day, while the main living area continues to frame the lake as evening light settles across the water. Situated near the Ritz Carlton, the condo offers convenient access to lake recreation, restaurants, and local services while maintaining a peaceful waterfront setting overlooking Lake Oconee. 5% NON REFUNDABLE FEE FOR CANCELLATION AT ANYTIME Quiet Time 9pm til 8:00am NO CONFETTI ALLOWED - an additional cleaning fee will be charged if found. MAX of 6 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME. No outside speakers No more than 2 cars allowed in parking lot NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw No fireworks on the property No events, parties, gatherings of more than 6 guests total at ANYTIME on property. NO smoking anything in the house or on the property. We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras. You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept. Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
