The customer service was very poor. They did not indicate that there was a charge when you arrived. My card was charged 1 time before my arrival. The room the door had a gaping opening on the bottom you could stick your entire hand under. The bathroom was not cleaned properly around the toilet. Very poor customer service.

Good location. Very easy to get on I-40. Shortcomings: glad breakfast was provided, but choices were very limited. Eg, today there was no milk available for cereal. No knives were available.

I like the landscape of the property. The property has an opportunity to increase its popularity and revenue once there are furniture upgrades, AC unit upgrades such as "Nest", and custom luxury amenities added to each room for a unique experience.

It’s not that bad
I’ve stayed here several times. When rates are high or rooms are sold out this is my go to! This is not 5 star hotel but it was very comfortable and clean. Some of the furniture was broken but the bed was fine, the tv worked, the linen was clean and the water was hot ! There was room controlled temperature to meet my needs. Are there ways to improve absolutely. The room number I had was 245

The first room we were assigned smelled heavily like cigarettes. The room I stayed in required me to wear shoes the whole time because the carpet was awful. My neighbors were very loud all night slamming thebdoor constantly and having different cars pulling up every half hour night and day.

This place is horrible. Don’t believe the pictures or positive reviews. The girl working at the desk at night and the guy in the morning were super friendly and helpful, don’t blame them. But there were shady characters all around the place (living there?). The room was falling apart. Our “clean” towels literally smelled like vomit. And despite advertisements to the contrary, there was no breakfast. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place. Spend the extra money to stay at one of the much nicer nearby hotels.

What a nightmare
The stay would have been pleasant if strange drunk people werent k ocking on your door at 230am. My husband had to make them stop and quiet down. Also The TV didnt work and there was no remote in first room. So we were moved to another room. The furniture is really out dated and scuffed up or either broken and leaning.

This place is just nasty and sad

Only good thing it was close to family. Just wish the Hotel was in better condition. Can't believe that you actually allowed them to be able to rent the rooms out. Toilet was not working, no tv, no phone, dirty curtains, dirty bed skirts & coverings on the bottom mattress, ect. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk clerk he was excellent.

apon arrival i was told my stay was never booked, when i finally got my room it was a room booked for someone else when we came down to talk to the manager they told us they couldn’t accommodate us, the first room had a bullet hole through and through the door, our bathroom smelled of pee. definitely not safe for families or kids

The woman Melissa was amazing. She helped me with my reservation that was marked as a "no show" by the hotel. The place wasnt the cleanest or safe but it was a decent 1 night stay.

My room smelled very bad , it was dirty and poor condition. I am very disappointed. They said breakfast included in my reservation and they don’t even serve breakfast it was a false advertisement. Never coming back here.

The door to the room had too big of a gap at the bottom where the threshold of the floor. The door lock needs to be more secure. Microwave oven did not warm food up. The refrigerator did not get cold enough even when set to coldest setting. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable.

The room is not well kept. The wall looked moded. Air conditioner didn't work they had to move me to another room. The pool wasn't open they said they need to get someone to work on it. The pool was green. Before closing it there were people in the pool. They truly need to upgrade this place. It was my birthday weekend

The hotel needs to be shut down and renovated. Also everything inside needs to thrown away and replaced from the inside out from beds to the tiles on the floor. NEVER use this hotel!! Stay away!! Run if you can!!
