Welcome to this charming house in Greensboro, NC! This cozy home features a deck overlooking the backyard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue or gather around the gas logs in the fireplace for a cozy evening. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the washer and dryer are included for your convenience. With two living rooms, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. Watch your favorite shows on the smart TV or enjoy a game night with the board games provided. Step outside to the patio furniture with an umbrella for a relaxing afternoon in the shade under the mature trees. Start your day off right with a cup of coffee from the coffee station. Don\`t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to experience all this home has to offer!  
House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.  
  
DAMAGES:  
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00\. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.

#### NCAA Swim Meet

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The yard was fenced in and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck every day. Lots of little extra touches. We also enjoyed the sunroom with the fireplace in the evening. We didnt need the printer but a very thoughtful idea. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Excellent property and excellent host.We spent four days at the house at Guilford Hills and couldn’t be happier. Property was spotless, furnished with contemporary furniture and good taste. The kitchen and pantry had everything we needed. The big prize was the bird feeder in the backyard that allowed us to have lots of fun watching the birds and the squirrels. The area is very quiet and close to many amenities. We will definitely be back.
