Just 3 minutes from High Point University, the heart of Main Street and Furniture Market, our home is convenient and comfortable. It\`s perfect for small families visiting the area. An easy and cheerful bungalow with two finished bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a third flex-space room that includes a day bed, desk and monitor (with USB cord). The kitchen is completely renovated and updated with all your necessities. Farriss Avenue is an wide residential street where a street car was once envisioned to be built. There is plenty of street parking in addition to a long driveway. Pleasant residential neighborhood located very close to Main Street and half mile from High Point University. Restaurants, brew pubs, Armstrong Park, and the new Qubein Children\`s Museum are also nearby. Ideal for HPU Parents and Furniture Market participants. Ample driveway and street parking. The host was communicative and helpful. Thank you so much for the keurig coffee and creamers, and for the bottles of water. We loved the keypad for the entrance to the front door. The thermostat is simple to use and so nice that the heating / air conditioning system is quiet. The blankets by the couch were great and we loved the outdoor screen patio! Walking in the front door we felt right at home, decorations gave it a cute, comfy cottage feel.
