I received a number of messages about keeping noise down because the neighbors complained about previous guest. I chatted with one neighbor and he was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio is amazing and the basketball court is a plus. Be aware that the property is only accessible by one street, which intersects a train track. While there, repairs were done on the railroad crossing which prevented us from leaving the home for an entire day. They were no other streets out of the subdivision. ##### Allen P. The furnishings were lovely, and the bathrooms were large and pretty. My husband & son enjoyed the basketball court, also. The TV was large and easily viewable throughout the living space. Furniture was very comfortable. We were disappointed that the beautiful back porch was basically unusable because it was covered in heavy pollen and tree debris. Also, there were swarms of bees and a wasp’s nest. The host did send someone to get rid of the bees but he couldn’t find the nest. Our host was responsive to our concerns and addressed each issue. The home is spacious and mostly updated with most everything a family could need. Back yard space is huge and might suggest notifying the host if you plan to use the space so that seasonal cleaning could be done for you ahead of time. The hosts are very communicative and even had some wasp traps shipped to us as the spring season had brought them out. Overall, we had a great stay at this beautiful home! We were three couples in town for my mom’s funeral. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were awesome and we loved the back deck. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs which was great. Downside was there are train tracks very close to the home and the train was pretty loud early in the morning.
