 1\. No Smoking Indoors: This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is only permitted outside. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking indoors or littering cigarette butts anywhere on the property.  
 2\. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property under any circumstances. A $500 fine will apply for any violations.  
 3\. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine.  
 4\. No Unapproved Overnight Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.  
 5\. Do Not Rearrange Furniture: Furniture must remain in its original position. Do not move or rearrange any items.  
 6\. Do Not Enter Owner’s Closet: The owner’s closet is locked and off-limits. Forcing entry will result in additional charges.   
 7\. Damages and Missing Items: Any stolen, damaged, or missing items from the home will be charged to the guest. Charges will reflect the cost of replacement or repair.

Points forts : Propreté

The house was quiet and comfortable and perfect for our stay in Greensboro. The host was communicative and responsive to questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the check-out requests were minimal. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace, the provided coffee, and Direct TV which was included. It was also nice to have access to a washer/dryer even though we didn't use it.The foam mattresses were on the hard side, so avoid this rental if that's an issue for you. Also shampoo isn't provided (but soap and towels are) so be sure to bring your own.

This house had a great layout for colleges staying together with a nice bathroom and private shower room made getting ready in the morning convenient. The beds were nicely made and extremely comfortable. There were plenty of places to be together or quietly alone.
