Luckily, he had another property in town that he offered, although it was not downtown. The second property had recently had an issue with tenants so it was not ready. Scott worked hard to get it in as good of shape as humanly possible, and the property was okay. Scott worked very hard to accommodate my stay, but the double booking issue made it to where I had to pay for parking downtown ($10/day) instead of walking to my venue. ##### Aaron T. I messaged the property manager that we weren’t staying there and had a prompt reply. We were in the place for moments and left smelling like weed and air freshener. Carpets looked very worn too. Kitchen dirty.
