Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms completely renovated home. Sleeps 6. New outdoor shower. Fully renovated. All bedding freshly washed and beds made, towels, 6 beach chairs and 6 plush beach towels are included. Washer and dryer on main floor. large air conditioned barn- also renovated- with refrigerator, television, ping pong table, dart board, WIFI, table and chairs and work station with charging outlets. One block from the center of Greenport Village. Two blocks from the waterfront park, carousel and great Greenport restaurants! Walk 9 blocks or drive to Fifth Street beach-no permit required. Bathrooms, playground. Orient State park is a 7 minute drive. Sandy beach, concession, bathrooms, kayaking. Short bike ride or car ride to vineyards, beautiful trails and other North Fork towns. Around the corner from the supermarket. Front porch with rocking chairs. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy! Front yard is fully fenced. Backyard is fully fenced as well. Sun drenched backyard has an outdoor fireplace ( great for roasting s’mores!) , new large brick patio new Weber barbecue, all new-table and chairs, chaise lounges and a bike rack. Add flavor to your food from our herb garden. Enjoy dining outdoors! Kitchen is equipped with unbreakable plates and glasses for outdoor dining . The renovated kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and small appliances . The house has a new washer and dryer next to the kitchen and newly finished hardwood floors. There is WIFI, board games, playing cards and a fireplace. New appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Georgia's property. It was centrally located in town and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated how kid friendly it was (fully fenced in/baby gate/outlet covers/games/etc). Georgia was extremely responsive, as well. We cant wait to stay again!

Perfect Location for Family without a Car

This home and the location worked perfectly for us, a family with two small children. The comfortable home and fenced yard was a great base. Everything we needed was within close walking distance: a grocery store, beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, the Shelter Island Ferry, and even a local winery. We kept busy everyday and had a peaceful retreat when needed.

Great place for a weekend getaway

My husband and I just stayed for two nights for our anniversary and enjoyed ourselves. Property is very clean and in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only negative we felt was the hardness of the king bed, but that’s our preference. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Lodging and Awesome Location

We were a group of 5 adults in town for a wedding. The property accommodated us easily. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to enjoy the spacious backyard and barn area! The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and lots of restaurants were within an easy walk. Property was clean and in good shape. WiFi worked well as several of our party had to work part of the time. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and was able to let us check in early. All in all an excellent stay!

Like a home away from home

Everything about this property was perfect and made our stay in Greenport the best yet. This is our fifth and best trip ever and couldn’t be more grateful for the chance to rent this home. Was perfectly positioned where it was right around the block from town so it was quiet but close enough you can be in town in a couple minutes. The backyard provided perfect amount of opportunity and was setup for fun. The whole house was kid friendly and easy for my son to feel comfortable. We had a perfect weekend and hope to come back in the future. Georgia replied to me immediately, late in the evening when I had a question, she was prompt and pleasant.
