It was clean, the staff was helpful, and courteous. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything thing was clean and working condition.

Had to pay $20 to check into my room "early". It was 2:45 and check in was 3pm, but I had a car waiting for me outside while I dropped off luggage. First room I was checked into was occupied. Room smelled of smoke. Complimentary airport shuttle sign at the front desk is not available unless you book your room with them direct (no 3rd party reservations). Waiting for the Uber to take us to the airport we were literally ran into with a vacuum in the lobby as if we were in the way as guests. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Shout out to Front Desk Staff Member, Lannie, who assisted us with a reservation error from Expedia and saved our vacation! The hotel was in a convenient location and while accommodations were comfortable, unfortunately the bathroom was quite dirty (something dripping down the walls behind the door and very dirty baseboards) and the cloth covering on the beds needed to be changed as there was 'something' dripped on both of the bed skirts. Other than that, the accommodations were fine for our needs. Lannie made our stay pleasant despite the room condition.
