The Gallatin was not quite what I expected, and I was surprised to discover that it wasn’t a traditional hotel. I didn’t realize a code was required to enter the building, and there was no front desk or staff on-site. At first, that was a little different for me, but overall, I had a very nice stay. The room was much smaller than what I’m accustomed to, but it was comfortable and surprisingly had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras—a complimentaryr bottle of wine, snacks, and bottled water waiting for me when I arrived. There was also a refrigerator in the room and a microwave available in the hallway. The shower was a nice size, with hot water and great water pressure. The body wash and hand soap smelled really pleasant, which was another nice touch. One thing that really impressed me was the customer service, especially considering there was no traditional front desk. If I had a question or experienced an issue, there was always a number I could call, and someone was readily available to help. Surprisingly, every question or issue I had was addressed and resolved immediately. That gave me a lot of confidence and made the stay much more convenient than I initially expected. Parking was convenient, easy, and hassle-free. As a solo female traveler, I also felt safe, which was very important to me. Hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 1 Hotel Nashville has such a beautiful, earthy and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I genuinely had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The location is also perfect and within easy walking distance of the main strip, so we could enjoy Nashville without having to drive everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a cute little shop in the lobby. The entire hotel just feels peaceful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Great staff

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for the 12 South area that is full of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Bartaco that is only a minute or so walk away. The room was nice and updated, nice bathroom and had a great kitchen area. The only issue was the parking. Even being a guest, the overnight parking is $40 a night. Luckily, we were able to find roadside parking outside the 2 nights we were there.
