Remote in that it takes about 20 mins to get to a grocery store, but close enough (30 mins) to lively Chincoteague. Enjoyed pur place so much. Very clean, fresh, new finishes & touches on this home. The porch is gorgeous. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking items. The home is newly remodeled. Both bathroom are a little small. The only minor "complaints" are: only 1 TV in the whole house (in the living room), no full size mirror, the on suite bathroom doesn't have a working vent fan or any storage/shelves in the shower and the floor grout is cracking pretty badly. Overall, those seem like relatively easy fixes the owner could improve. Highly recommend this rental! ##### NICOLE M.
