House is beautiful inside, relatively new and nice. Well built, everything works. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom small. Ice cold ac and very comfortable beds. Close proximity to Abaco Yacht Service, Sunset Marine and the beach. Halfway between New Plymouth and White Sound (1 - 1.5 miles each way to each). I highly recommend a golf cart rental and book far ahead, there is a shortage. Owner very responsive to questions. I was very pleased and will return. ##### Mark S.
