"Beautiful property and delicious breakfast. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. The Inn supplied white noise machines but you can still hear talking and slamming doors thru the night. There was no water pressure at all in the shower, so you’re not able to wash your hair. "

"It was our first trip to Vermont and it certainly won't be the last. Our hosts Eric and Francine were warm and welcoming upon our arrival. Eric graciously showed us around the house and we knew immediately we had made the right choice. The house was comfortable and so well appointed. The weather was perfect for all the outdoors activities we wanted to do. The hot tub and sauna were so inviting but the warm summer air kept us from enjoying them. We had access to lots of firewood and a fire every night made for fun conversation. They each offered suggestions for hiking and places to visit, as well as great places to enjoy all that Vermont has to offer in the way of restaurants everywhere. We all spent time paddling on the reservoir in the canoes that were there. Ben and Jerry's is right down the road so this ice cream loving crew were thrilled. A great time was had by all and we traveled home with grateful hearts and a new family chapter filled width memories. "
" The place was absolutely fantastic -- as soon as we walked in, we all agreed that it was great and the perfect place for Vermont. Plus, it was clean, well-cared-for and charming. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had we had, and she provided a book with local recommendations. If you're traveling to Waterbury or Stowe, do yourself a favor and book this one! "
"We had a nice stay everything was clean and it looked just like the photos . I would just remind anyone who can’t do steps well there is a lot. It’s a beautiful area to explore .."

Vintage farmhouse studio with on-site hot tub - near year-round recreation
10/10 Excellent
"The stay was amazing. We had a rainy Memorial Day weekend and didnt get to be outside as much as we wanted but the room provided a very comfortable place to just relax. The hot tub was also very enjoyable when we couldnt be out and about. The room is gorgeous wit tall ceiling and up lighting. I always enjoy a custom walk-in shower with tankless water heater. The seperate heater in the bathroom was probably my wife's favorite. The microwave/convection oven was perfect for reheating and cooking and the hot plate was perfect for a quick healthy breakfast of eggs .......even had a washer and dryer in a closet with plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. The property was beautiful, check in a breeze, and close to everything you need. The noise from the street is a non-issue for us, you are right on Rt 100 so you should know what you're getting into staying there. The only 2 minor complaints would be that the room gets bright when the sun comes up, so if you need it dark bring a mask. The second is there seems to be an alarm preset on the Alexa for 7:05am that goes off every morning, that should be an easy fix for the account owner. I would absolutely stay here again. The room made what could have been a wet cold miserable weekend, very enjoyable. "
