"Very nice place to stay. Staff were excellent. The burgers in the balcony restaurant were outstanding. The shuttle service was very good. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked or used the shuttle for the places we wanted to go."

"Check-in was easy until we were sent to a different desk to get our parking pass. The lady at that desk asked if we would want breakfast during our stay, we said yes. She then proceeded to sign us up for a timeshare presentation and then put a $500 hold on our credit card. We thought for $500 we should eat the breakfast and listen, but they informed us that we weren't qualified applicants for the timeshare (with no explanation) and sent us away with a simple the hold will be released in 7 to 10 business days. "

"We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. "
