It was very nice that some kitchen items were provided but we felt a strainer would have been nice along with coffee mugs, but we were able to make cooking dinner work with what was provided :) the property was very peaceful and we enjoyed the outdoor space and communal living areas and neighborhood was peaceful and a great location tucked just far enough away from the city but close enough to make easy trips to attractions and stores.
