I was called by a staff member the day before our stay. I was informed that since I booked throught hotels.com I wasn't guaranteed the double queen 2 bed I reserved and paid for 2 months in advance. We were given a room with one king bed. I had my husband and two children with - thats why I reserved a double queen room. I called back and spoke to a different staff member and she promised she would have a pull out couch added to our room. Of course when we checked in - no pull out couch. Thankfully we brought our airmattress in case they screwed up our room again. They told me this happens all the time when you use hotels.com. The hotels will move anyone that booked with a third party agent/site to whatever rooms they wanted. Very unhappy with the staff and hotels.com. This was my first experience with hotels.com and this Radisson. Never again.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I do apologize for not being able to accommodate your request for two double beds. We had a youth group staying with us during the time of your visit that had reserved all of the rooms with two beds before you booked your room. We do everything we can to accommodate requests no matter how reservations are booked, but unfortunately that is not always possible. We therefore emailed you before you arrived so you would be able to make alternate accommodations if needed.
