Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both the king and queen bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has two full closets. All bedrooms have black out window curtains.  
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.  
Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on a 70 in SMART TV. There is also a 42 inch TV in the king bedroom. There is a comfortable sectional couch and a recliner chair and a reading chair with ottoman in the living room. All three are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time.   
There is a full bath upstairs where all of the bedrooms are and it has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with a sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet. There is a half bath located on the first floor where is another blow dryer in the cabinet and a first aid kit there as well.   
The washer and dryer are located on the main level and are high capacity Samsung machines. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron, ironing board and folding table next to the washer and dryer.   
If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the front foyer closet for the young traveler.  
Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the half bath cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms on the second floor and also in the unfinished basement. The main floor has smoke detectors. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top in the kitchen. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.  
This unit is on one side of a duplex and is very private. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by two large 2 stall attached garages. You are welcome to use the garage.  
The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.  
The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block within walking distance.  
We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. There are two 2 bedroom units, three 3 bedroom units and one 4 bedrooms unit. Please be sure to read our reviews.  
We really want you to enjoy your stay. We're proud of this place and we really do put forth an effort to make sure your stay is a happy one to remember. Beautifully decorated and spacious townhome. My Son and I came in for a Packer Game. Easy access to and from Lambeau Field and surrounding areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds super comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to I-43\. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. Everything was new. Exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Felt like we were at home. Would definitely stay there again.

#### Another great stay

I have stayed at different properties of this host on several occasions now and I always have a wonderful experience. The units are clean, well stocked and homey. The neighborhood is quiet. I normally am in Green Bay for work training or continuing education and it is nice coming back to any of these units to relax for the evening. Highly recommend!

#### Green Bay stay

Convenient location and nice property. Golf course 5 min away is where I could be found. Next time i come to Green Bay I'll rry and book here first before any other place.

#### Convenient, Clean, Good Neighborhood

Weekend stay, meeting friends for GB game. Place is well maintained with plenty of room for three guys. Kitchen and living room had ample room to entertain. Unlike other places, beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet with a park nearby. Recommend.

#### Lovely home, nice neighborhood, convenient location

My brother and I stayed for the weekend so our boys could enjoy time together as cousins. We visited some fun places in Green Bay, including Bay Beach Amusement Park, the children's museum, and the mini-golf place, yet my boys (ages 16 and 10) both said the HOUSE was the highlight of the trip for them because is was such a great, comfortable place to relax together!

#### It was the very best place for my sister and I.

Sster loves cherries so we shopped door county every market. Took the trolly tour...great And hiked trails all over. Condo was also near a wooded trail area Cant wait to return. Thqnk you. Ps would be a beatiful fall destination

#### Thanksgiving Stay

This home was very clean and conveniently located close to stores, restaurants and our daughter who lives in GB. We enjoyed the fireplace and fully stocked kitchen very much. The king bed was very comfortable. Bonus was the garage which we parked our vehicle in at night. Neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. I would definitely stay here again while in GB.

#### Comforts of Home

Four friends from Kansas enjoyed the comforts of home while in Green Bay attending a conference. The house was modern, clean, comfortable and easy to locate. Jon (Rick) the host was very responsive whenever we had questions. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

#### Quiet & Cozy home

We enjoyed our stay through the holidays. The home is well appointed and well supplied with day to day amenities to make full use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. Very attentive owner, quick response when an issue the the door lock popped up. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises.
