Établissement qui correspond plus à un 3*. L’hôtel a une jolie vue, un grand bravo à lequipe d’animation qui sont sur tous les fronts, professionnels et super sympathiques. La piscine est jolie. Sinon l’ensemble de l’hôtel est assez vieux. Le service assez moyen et expéditif Le choix des boissons en all inclusive est catastrophique plutôt très bas de gamme La mer/plage n’est vraiment pas belle du tout, 1 fois nous a suffit, l’eau est trouble

Hôtel très jolie propre et plutôt bien entretenu, nourriture variée et reste correct all inclusif très bien par rapport à d’autres établissements. Le point négatif ce serait la piscine lagoon un peu fraîche et d’interdire aux clients de déposer leur serviettes en avance alors que c’est inscrit au règlement. La plage aménagée pas très jolie mais ils ont fait au mieux je pense, les transats de la plage sont peu confortables et vieillots, le reste impeccable!

Séjour en famille en août ( 2 adultes + enfants de 9 et 10 ans). Bel hôtel très bien entretenu, bonnes infrastructures, bungalow spacieux avec vue frontale mer magnifique. Nourriture bonne mais beaucoup trop de plats en sauce et quasi pas de plats natures! Pour la plus grande piscine (un peu froide), agréable pour les enfants mais l'espace transats en retrait de la piscine mérite un gros coup de rénovation car cailloux et terre. Le soir, chouettes spectacles et bonne musique au bar. Très déçu du village Gouvia,aucun charme, vraiment moche, sale, aucun aménagement pour les touristes, trottoirs minuscules ou dégradés, par contre les quelques commerces sont bien entretenus. Personnel de l'hôtel très serviable et très peu d'attente aux bars, restaurants...La plage de l'hôtel est propre mais vue la propreté de l'eau, mieux veut éviter la baignade!.

Très belle vue sur la baie de Gouvia
Très belle vue depuis l'hôtel sur la baie de Gouvia, personnel très aimable, bungalow parfait avec une jolie vue également sur la baie. On regrette seulement les animations "culturelles" très bruyantes et très médiocres pendant et après le dîner, qui gâchent le goût du charme des lieux. On s'enfuit dès que possible vers le bungalow !

Hôtel qui mérite d'être connu.
Nous avions choisi deux bungalows face à la mer, pour notre famille, notre séjour a été merveilleux, de grandes chambres, un accès direct à la plage. Le calme quand vous le souhaitez et les animations quand vous le voulez. Nous avons également très bien mangé dans cet hôtel, des soirées à thème et un accueil chaleureux.

Hotel bien situé, bien équipé pour les activités. Mais usine à touriste, restaurant bruyant et chambre minimaliste impersonnelle (no372) donnant sur les allées. Climatisation très bruyante juste au dessus du lit. Piscine très bruyante diificile d'accès par la présence de nombreux enfants. Au ce niveau de 4* annoncé... Scandaleux de faire payer l'accès au wifi dans les communs ainsi que l'utilisation du coffre fort de la chambre.. A déconseiller à ceux qui recherchent un peu d'authenticité et de contact local.

Super Urlaub! Beginnend mit dem persönlichen Empfang (feuchte Handtücher und Getränke zur Erfrischung schon an der Rezeption), Begleitung und Kofferservice zur Unterkunft, kurze Orientierungsfahrt mit Golf-Caddy, damit man gleich alles findet. Willkommens-Gruß (Obst-Teller, Champagner, Ouzo) 60 Minuten nach Ankunft, 24/7 Top-Service durch super freundliches Personal, erstklassige Speisen in den Buffet-Restaurants und noch einen Tick besser in den Á-la-Carte-Restaurants, die nach Reservierung ebenfalls inclusive sind. Alles unkompliziert per App oder Tablett auf dem Zimmer buchbar. 3 Pools für jeden Geschmack und Meer mit feinem Sandstrand und jederzeit genügend Liegen und Handtücher. Tägliche Befüllung der Minibar und zusätzlich zum normalen Zimmerservice (zuverlässige und ordentliche Reinigung bis in die kleinste Ecke) gab es eine weitere Herrichtung des Zimmers zur Nacht (Wasser und Betthupferl auf dem Nachtschränkchen, Bereitstellung von Hausschuhen, etc.). Wer noch mehr Service möchte nutzt den sog.“Prefered-Club“. Sinnvoll wären lediglich noch Fliegengitter, die vor Mücken schützen (wenn man die Tür zur Terrasse offen lassen möchte) und Sitzkissen für die Stühle auf den persönlichen Terrassen/Balkonen. Hotelbeschreibung auf der Homepage verspricht nicht zu viel.

Our welcome to the property was great. A cold towel and a cold drink and asked if we wanted to be taken to lunch. Lunch and breakfasts were great. Dinners and the restaurants were ok. The service at the restaurants wasnt great, you were either rushed or forgotten about, the food choices werent that good at the evening restaurants. The property was very clean and on the whole the staff were very friendly. Pools were nice and quiet private beach. Overall very good value for money. The surrounding town of the property wasnt very nice at all though.

Wir waren im August 2023 als Paar für eine Woche im Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, tolle und sehr gepflegte Anlage, nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Leider gibt es keinen eigenen AdultsOnly-Bereich, was im Preferred Club Building aber super leicht umzusetzen wäre. Denn leider sind die Pools sonst sehr überfüllt, auch am Strand gibt es zum Teil zu wenig Liegen, bzw. werden diese besetzt oder liegen gelassene Handtücher nicht weggeräumt, sodass man die Liege als besetzt ansieht. Beim Essen im Buffet-Restaurant muss man leider unverhältnismäßig lange warten, bis man mit Getränken versorgt wird. Insgesamt jedoch dennoch ein wunderbarere Urlaub in einer tollen Anlage auf einer wunderschönen Insel!

the hotel is OK. the location is OK. nothing great here, the food was not great, and the staff was average. The problem with this sort of hotel is that you have lots of people hanging around looking for cheap food and cheap drinks. The food was not good, and their COVID protection are weak. Do not boom this property, terrible experience.
DO NOT BOOK this property, Its not 4 star. Service and majority of staffs are so Rude and terrible and they just dont care. During my 5 days stay me and my family experienced 3 very bad experience and others were not great but you can ignore. We also made complain to assistant manager. Service, cleanliness and food all are so poor quality.

The catering staff were very good and were very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day.The gardens and grounds maintenance should be kept in better condition for a hotel of this price. It has an overall feel of a very tired hotel and lacks some investment.

Un bel resort, con personale gentilissimo, all inclusive vedo e cibo buono e vario. Ottimo il ristorante asiatico, se ce ne fosse stato almeno un altro in alternativa a quello grande, forse potrebbe essere un 5 stelle. Pulitissimo, tutto gentili, camera (family) comoda con aria condizionata ottima. Animazione bella e discreta. Unica pecca la spiaggia, piccola con sabbia riportata è su unl golfo di Gouvia che è bello ma non è l’acqua greca… noi abbiamo ovviato con gite in tutte le spiaggia dell’isola!

All Inclusive was great. It included besides wine/beer also different cocktails and even cava. Also activities by the staff were great (darts, pentanque, aqua gym etc.) Mini golf course. Good food and coctails. Area is clean and nice. Great view from the main restaurant and nice evening programs. Beach was not that good and water in the pool was too cold. If possible then we recommend to book the bungalow.

A very good 4* hotel trying very hard to be a 5*. Great location, fantastically friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and adequate. Overall the property just needs a little refreshing in parts

Warm recommendation
It was ace! Perfect. We enjoyed just everything. The personal, the room (we took sea view bungalow) the location is superb. We even needed gluten free food and it was great. The little problem was with wifi in distend rooms from the main building.

liked the fact that I could have total relaxation. beautiful grounds. didn't like the fact that the hotel is tired. lacked good entertainment. drinks appear watered down significantly. Vodka did not taste like vodka!!! Not a 4* hotel as is advertised, in my opinion.

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, große Speisenvielfalt, saubere und großzügige Zimmer sind als sehr positiv zu nennen. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Der Lärmpegel bei den Mahlzeiten ist echt nervig.
