Déception par rapport à la réservation.
Nous avons réservé une suite, 1 chambre, non-fumeurs (Sublime, Plunge Pool) 4 nuits pour 3200€ mais surprise à l’arrivée, la suite n’était pas disponible et l’alternative proposée n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons perdus un temps énorme avec la réception pour arriver à nos fins et au bout de 2 jours nous avons enfin eu ce que nous avions réservé ainsi qu’un geste commercial de 300€ (Soit disant la différence de tarif avec la chambre qu’ils nous ont donné au départ + un massage de 30min), ce qui est juste insignifiant par rapport au nombreux dialogues avec le staff sur la plage et à la réception, qui nous ont empêché de profiter de notre court séjour et qui systématiquement nous ont mis hors de nous car aucune explication nous a été donné sur le fait que nous n’ayons pas eu la chambre réservée. Pour le reste, l’hôtel est formidable, les équipements ainsi que le service sont à la hauteur de nos espérances, le petit-déjeuner est complet, la carte propose un choix intéressant et les prix des boissons ne sont pas exorbitants. Le spa est super, le massage aussi, les piscines sont magnifiques, la plage est formidable (eau claire, sable fin) avec un somptueux coucher de soleil. Les chambres sont climatisés et très biens pensées, on s’y sent vraiment bien! Le petit plus, des serviettes de plage et un sac de plage offertes.

Super séjour !
Un hotel très bien situé, proche de la canée et des commerces, petits restos. La chambre étai très luxueuse avec une très belle vue sur la mer (dommage qu'il faille monter au 1er étage). Des bufets au petits déjeuners pantagruéliques, une piscine couverte à 40 degrés très pratique quand on est frileux. Des petites attentions à l'arivée, au goûter, etc... tout était parfait !

Très joli hôtel moderne et calme
Hôtel ayant une très jolie architecture, la décoration est moderne et de bon goût.Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Notre chambre était très confortable,spacieuse avec tous les équipements utiles, la douche était géniale, grande avec une super pression, la terrasse incroyable avec une vue piscine et mer, un bain à remous. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, que de choix pour tous les goûts et régimes ! Je le recommande à 100%.

The place to stay !
Par ou commencer quand tout est parfait ... L’hôtel est magnifique, un design parfait, ultra confortable, et très bien situé sur un belle plage. La chambre/suite (7103) dispose un agencement moderne, esthétique et recherché. On se sent immédiatement à l'aise. L’insonorisation est parfaite, un système hifi de qualité intérieur comme extérieur ainsi qu' une literie haut de gamme. L’accueil, le service Conciergerie est très chaleureux avec une réelle considération de l'attente des clients. Le service de chambre est exceptionnel aussi bien le matin, que pour le service de couverture en fin de journée. Le service bar/piscine et de restauration (petit dejeuner inclus) est haut de gamme. Les produits sont bien choisis autant d'un point de vue qualité, fraîcheur et originalité. Le personnel en général est jeune, dynamique, parlant anglais couramment, à l'écoute et vraiment professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons avec certitude l'an prochain au mois de mai.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property, beach and room was really nice. The only negative is the charge for using the sauna. It was very expensive to use and most hotels do not charge for the use of sauna.

Great stay in Domes Noruz Chania
From start to end this was a great stay. We have seen many hotels all over the world in different categories but this was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Staff very friendly and pro-active. Food in restaurants great. Spa treatments top. Design and lay-out of the hotel also very nice. Always enough sun loungers and sun towels available. Always enough staff available. Clean. And I can go on and on. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to the Chania area.

My husband and I loved our stay at Domes Noruz Chania. The staff was genuinely nice, the property was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our private mini pool. The property isn’t too large so it felt fairly private and it still had a few different dining options. Our favorite dining spot was the sushi spot by the pool. Great place to watch the sunset. The complementary parking and plenty of water was also a nice touch. The only thing we would have liked to be different was the volume of the music by the main pool and the dining areas. The music was pretty good, it was just way too loud. So we mostly hung out by the quiet pool or on the beach which was perfect for us

Very nice and warm welcome received from the staff who are always smiling and willing to help and support you, also very knowledgeable and professional, got the right answers and support when i needed it! The only reason for not giving 5 star for the area around the property, which is actually not their fault, is that narrow, noisy, full off cars street which takes you to the main road. Other thank that I just want to express once again my gratitude to the entire staff, for sure I will come back some other time!

Accommodations, room, quality, and staff were excellent. The services at the spa really good, the amenities in the spa need to be improved. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the dining was excellent in the hotel restaurant and the Raw bar at the pool. The craft cocktail list is exquisite.

The best resort that we could have asked for. This was a dream vacation in a dream property. The property’s beach and pool accommodations made for some relaxing days. The concierge staff greeted us with kindness and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. Everything from our room (complete with a plunge pool and beach view) to the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Would give this a 10/10.

Really nice property right on the beach. Amazing and friendly staff and best food. Very quiet and relaxing. We stayed there 4 nights and it wasn't enough. Will definitely come back to crete.

This hotel is fabulous! We felt like rock stars during our stay! The property is beautiful and right on the beach with a spectacular view. We had a junior suite with our own plunge pool and Jacuzzi tub in our room's courtyard. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools with cushiony lounge chairs and small tables with a button to push if you want to order/need anything! See what I mean when I say we felt like rock stars? The shower was huge. There was a cute mini fridge stocked with a few cold sodas, etc. That was a nice perk. The staff absolutely doted on us-always asking if we needed anything. The only thing that would have made our stay better was to stay longer!
