Mildred our host was very helpful absolutely nice and welcoming, they treat you like a family here I felt safe with the three codes that you need to get into the hotel. "Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. "
