Close to the local amenities including shops, takeaways and pubs. Access to the nearest supermarkets, leisure and sports facilities is just around the corner. The spacious accommodation comes with: \- Luxury interiors \- Illuminating spa bath \- Private allocated parking suitable for large vans \- Fully enclosed garden \- High speed Wifi \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Washer/Dryer \- self service check-in accessible 24/7 \- Less than 0.5 mile form the Beach The Space: The Emerald apartment consists of a fully-equipped downstairs lounge/ kitchen area and toilet and an upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is centrally heated and the bedroom features a super king size bed which can be split into two singles on request. The En-Suite bathroom has a separate spacious shower and illuminating spa bath with twin mirrored vanity units. An enclosed sunny rear garden and patio area is shared by the other two apartments. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There are 40" smart TVs that facilitates Netflix etc. in the lounge and bedroom. Free WiFi is available throughout. Off street car parking is available for one car per unit at the property. The Neighborhood: The Kings Arms pub and a well known fish and chip shop are situated in close vicinity of the apartment, together with several restaurants, takeaways and shops (all within a 5-10 minute walk). Fishing is popular on the local beach, with a good selection of different species being caught all year round. Views of the Caister Life Boat Station and a partial sea view can be seen from the front bedroom window. The moated Caister Castle and the Beautiful Norfolk Broads National Park are just a very short drive away, giving you the opportunity to explore the Broads and maybe do some fishing aboard your very own Broads cruiser which you can hire for a day from one of the many local boatyards. The Cathedral City of Norwich is situated within a 30 minute drive. With its Castle, many Historical attractions and endless shops restaurants and entertainment, you are sure to find something for everyone. The Seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 3 miles away with good public transport links (buses every 10 minutes). If you enjoy the flashing lights of the arcades on the seafront, enjoy a few white knuckle rides or are looking for some night-life then its well worth a visit. It also hosts a Shopping Centre, Racecourse, Golf course and Dog/Banger racing Stadium. If you want a quiet retreat or enjoy a busy schedule then this is the ideal place for you to relax or explore the surrounding area. Getting Around: The apartment is rather close to the following attractions: Great Yarmouth and Caister Golf Club 0.5 mile Great Yarmouth Britannia Pier 3 miles Sea Life Great Yarmouth 4 miles Burgh Castle 7 miles Other Things to Note: If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability). To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property. We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250\. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages. Lovely accommodation in a pretty seaside village. The accommodation was perfect, a Georgian style house split down the middle and totally refurbished. The downstairs is one large room containing the kitchen a dining area and very comfy sofas. Upstairs (which are pretty steep) is a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a massive bathroom with a large 2-person shower and a spa bath. There was parking and all the accoutrements I would expect for self catering, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment was extremely clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay, which due to ill health was cut short. ##### Jane J. Property was exactly as listed and was exceptionally clean , modern and comfortable. All facilities were as descibed . The bath was amazing . Stef and Nikki were very helpful and replied to all communication. Location to beaches,towns, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.All though the property is on a main road it is busy during the day( but who wants to stay in all day when our at the seaside ) it is quiet at night when you need the peace .
