« Une qualité d'hébergement déplorable. La propreté est affligeante : salle de bains sale, touffes de cheveux retrouvées dans la chambre à notre arrivée, bouchons de bouteilles qui traînent au sol et une poussière omniprésente. À cela s'ajoute une isolation phonique inexistante. Notre chambre communiquait avec la voisine par une simple porte intérieure laissant passer un bruit monstre. L'hôtel accueillant de nombreux groupes fêtards, le brouhaha est permanent jusqu'au bout de la nuit. Le repos y...

"What is fantastic about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of the theatre district and so easy to get to/back from the shows (all within walking distance). However, this is a hotel in need of a major refurbishment. The rooms are run down, everything is in dear need for a refurbishment. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival. Not great client service"
