"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "

"Staff and amenities excellent !! Can’t beat the experience of being in the middle of national reserve. Easy access to safaris. Three restaurants on property- great range of food. People super nice and kind. Had a great time. Would love to go there again. Will suggest buying all safari packages from the rest camp reception 5 min walk away from the lodge rather than the hotel reception who sells same at significant markup (more than twice the price) otherwise very reasonably priced especially for the experience and convenience. "Every detail from checking in to checking out was amazing. The rooms and service was impeccable and the views were amazing. The game drives were fun and insightful. And the food was extremely good with a revolving lunch/dinner menu every day. Best hotel I've been to."

"Our stay at Jock’s was possibly the best vacation ever. The bungalows were gorgeous. The amenities were top-notch. Every single staff member was perfection. I would go back in a second. They take care of your EVERY need. It’s a beautiful property with amazing people. We saw more animals and had more exciting adventures than e could have ever expected. "

"Excellent lodge would recommend. Staff great, Safaris were good the only issue i had was the evening meals were always a buffet and the selection and quality was not that good. Would have preffered a menu to choose from."

"O hotel é incrível! A vista do restaurante e piscina para o Kruger vale por toda a experiência. A equipe é incrível, super atenciosos e gentis, desde a recepção até os guias do Safari. Destaco Kabelo, um dos garçons, que sempre nos recebia com sorrisos e simpatia. Fechamos os safáris com o próprio hotel e foi a melhor opção possível! A comida também é bem gostosa. Não temos nada a reclamar."

"Everything about the lodge was amazing from the room to the safaris with our guide Barry and tracker Eddy. Ntombi was amazing during the meals. All staff was very friendly and made our short stay amazing. I would recommend this lodge to anyone going there. I will definitely if I get the opportunity. "
