"Unfortunately two of the three elevators were not operating so the wait time for elevators was very long.Many customers were impatient and angry."

"This was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls! We never moved the car from the parking garage. We walked everywhere. Rooms were spacious and clean, we had a view of the fireworks right from our window. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!"
