"We had a wonderful stay! We stayed 2 nights with our kids and it was nice and quiet at night (3rd floor) even the morning it was still nice and quiet. Great breakfast buffet! Lots of options. Great views of Lake Superior! Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Nice pool area with a small hot tub, however nice perk that they even have a sauna! Only negative was the volume of the tv only went to 25. Other than that it was great and we will be staying here again next time! "

"Very Nice Hotel. Sadly they put us in a handicapped room and the hand held shower nozzle did not get much pressure. We told the staff about it on day 1 of 2 and they said they fixed it while we were gone sightseeing, but when we got back it still did not perform correctly. We ended up showering at the local YMCA om day 2. Frustrating. Room service free Breakfast each morning was nice."
