« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5\. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« L'hôtesse d'accueil à notre arrivée a été irrespectueuse et absolument pas aidante, ce qui n'a pas aidé à démarrer de manière positive. Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète. Aucun dédommage n'a été proposé, alors que ces deux éléments avaient guidé notre choix pour cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais l'hôtel ne propose que de la vaisselle jetable (des assiettes aux couverts en passant par des gobelets) ce qui est...

« The front desk clerk was cold and unfriendly. The room was dirty. There was garbage behind the garbage can. There were ants coming from underneath the carpet. When we told the front desk about it they said “we’ll have maintenance take care of it when you check out.” They were very dismissive. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom and food crumbs under the desk. There were pink stains on the bedding. It was like they didn’t clean the room before we got there. I was not impressed at...

"L'hôtesse d'accueil à notre arrivée a été irrespectueuse et absolument pas aidante, ce qui n'a pas aidé à démarrer de manière positive. Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète. Aucun dédommage n'a été proposé, alors que ces deux éléments avaient guidé notre choix pour cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais l'hôtel ne propose que de la vaisselle jetable (des assiettes aux couverts en passant par des gobelets) ce qui est assez paradoxal au vu de la volonté d'afficher un "green label" ..."

"la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel "
