Check-in was very easy and the staff were friendly. The inn was super convenient to the venue where we saw a concert and local shops and restaurants.

Brian and his staff (especially Nick) made me feel at home all the time I was there. Nick accommodated me on the first floor due to my mobility issues with climbing. The room type changed but it was for the better! The background music in the morning definitely put me at ease! Keep up the great work in Great Barrington! Dan Clark

I really enjoyed my stay at this particular property! It’s centrally located near literally EVERYTHING there is to do in Great Barrington outside of skiing. It’s a short walk into town where they have a wide selection of boutique shops, restaurants & more! Not to mention, a cvs sits directly in-front of the hotel which is a MAJOR convenience if you’ve forgotten any necessities. The rooms are super clean, up to date & stylish, high quality linens and towels, quiet and I felt very safe being a single woman staying there alone. It’s very lit up and very lively so you never feel as if you’re staying in a dark off the grid sketchy motel from the horror movies! Haha! All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a nice quiet cozy convenient and safe place to retreat after a long day of festivities! I’m sure it’s 100x better in the warmer months when you can actually wonder downtown on foot! Thanks so much for having me, can’t wait to come again!

Best location motel
We had a great time at Quality Inn. It's at the most convenient location, very close to all Main Street places. The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay there in the future.

Hiking base in Great Barrington
Part of a 3 night stay. This is a nicely kept motel, I found the rooms & beds very comfortable and you can walk into Great Barrington. I used it as an off season hiking base. Good value this time of year, I’m guessing it will be more during high demand due to the great location

It’s in “downtown” Great Barrington very close to the Mahawie theatre. Very clean rooms. Only criticism I have is that the Wi-Fi was not working. Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice person at check in. Rooms are spotless although our room had a bit of an odd smell. Beds are super comfy. The best part is you can walk to all the stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Broken toilet seat, wall shelf falling out of wall, broken refrigerator, room smelled of mold… incompetent hotel management totally unwilling to accommodate a refund ten minutes after seeing condition of room. I had to contact police a complain about totally unacceptable business practices.

Good basic place to stay
I stayed at Quality Inn overnight. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The desk staff were friendly. There was a small continental breakfast station that had all the usual things - cereal, waffle maker, yogurt, eggs, sausage, toast/bagels, etc.
