The host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was not quite as central as indicated in the listing but it is right on a tram line so made for very quick and easy movement to Hauptplatz and the rest of town. We were in town for the Christmas Markets and had a truly incredible stay. Thank you.

#### Nice clean small apartment

Place was clean and great location near the main train station. The shower and bathroom are very small. Elevator is small but works well. Would be nice if it was better equipped. Barely had enough silverwear for our family of 5.

The property was in good condition and the host was really great with communication. He even ordered fans when I mentioned it was hot in the house. The views from the 5th floor are great. Also it's pretty close to the tram lines and graz hbf. The only thing I'd say it could use some more kitchen utensils and pots/pans and storage containers. I was alone so wasn't a big deal but for if 6 people share this place then definitely need more utensils. Also a microwave would come in handy. Overall pretty impressive though.
