« Bien pour les gens de passage (comme nous). Pas de petit déjeuner (200 mètres à pied). Par contre la responsable n'avait qu'une chambre de réserver et on lui a montrer qu'on en avait deux et elle n'a fait aucun problème pour nous fournir la deuxième. »

« La chambre était vraiment sale, il faisait froid mais nous aurions pu faire abstraction de tout ça s’il n’y avait pas eu une odeur terrible de cigarette dans la chambre (sachant que nous avions payés pour une chambre non fumeur). Vraiment dégueulasse »

"Aucune nourriture à partir du 3e jour de notre séjour. Il y avait seulement du café, barres tendres et quelques wnceloppes de gruau Quaker. Au 4e jour, plus rien : seulement du café. Le manager n'a pas fait les achats pour renouveler les stocks. Les employés espéraient même pour nous que cela se fasse, mais rien ne s'est passé comme on souhaitait."
