This is a very nice property! It is well equipped and very clean!! The beds are comfortable as is the living room furniture and we wanted for nothing. The view is spectacular and the outdoor back patio is beautiful with a picnic table, chairs available in the garage and a great fire pit. There is very little river activity so it was peaceful and the wildlife is abundant. Linda communicated quickly when I emailed her but there was no need to reach out to her once we arrived. Owners are very attentive to your needs (within reason-this isn't the Hilton and you can't have fresh towels delivered to your room...LOL). Neighbors were extremely friendly. Loved our view of the river and surrounds. My only complete is that we wished there was stronger internet. I ended up having to work Wedneday through Friday and found myself at the library those days. The location is great and is minutes from downtown Grayling.
