Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming house for rent in Graye-sur-Mer, 800 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 92 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- A 39 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)   
\- A bathroom (with shower)  
\- A separate toilet   
  
On the 1st floor:   
\- Bedroom 2 and 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)   
\- A bathroom (with shower)  
\- A separate toilet   
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful 300 m² private garden, with a south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

\- D-Day beaches (Juno Beach) 2 km away  
\- D-Day historical sites & museums  
\- Rochers de Ver & Roche de la Marguerite  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Free parking is also available 100 m away.
