« We rented this house for a weekend w friends, a concert and visiting the Allman Brothers sites, and it was just what we needed. The location is peaceful, a large deck to watch the birds on the water. The inside was comfortable, bright and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great time at this house. A big draw was that it is pet friendly. It is a large 3 bedroom house with a huge backyard in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house can supplied with everything we needed. Getting around to everything we wanted to see and do was easy as the location is not far from I-75. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. »

« The house was just as described. The large fenced in back yard was a big plus. They paid attention to the small details that helped our overnight stay be great! »

« The house was fine ! Only minor issues were missing TV remotes in the upstairs bedrooms and some pots and pans that look like they need to be replaced. Also downstairs bathroom floor seemed a little slippery. Only stayed a couple of days to do a little sight seeing and the house was close to everything! »

« Our group of 12 included 4 generations for a girls' weekend celebrating my mother's 98th birthday. The bed layout worked great for our group. The living space and kitchen area space was good also. There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. « The living room was not as described. The house smelled musty and the downstairs basement smelled like sewage. Three of the bathrooms had mold in the tubs. Poor lighting in the living room. Living room was missing a couch. Pots and pans in poor condition. Patio furniture has so much pollen and dust on it. No extension cord to turn on string lighting in the sunroom. Bath towels were dingy amongst other things. I would not recommend. The pillows and the master bedroom downstairs has stains on...

« Just needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived at 11pm to find the back door wide open?? Had to sleep on the couch downstairs because the a/c upstairs wasn’t working. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for either. Property has a lot of potential, but should have been better considering the price. »
