A well dock with a 10,000 LB lift also provides convenience for your water adventures. Additional amenities offered for lake fun include a lily pad and a zup board. Upon entering, you will encounter a light and bright home away from home, ready to be your home base. The large living area boasts plenty of windows, flooding the entire space with natural light and allowing you to admire beautiful vistas, comfy sofas, and a smart TV with Amazon Prime to keep you entertained during your stay. From here, you have direct access to the deck, which offers a fire table, an outdoor dining area, an electric and black stone grill, and a TV for outdoor enjoyment. Get ready for summertime barbecues with drop-dead gorgeous lake views. The kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious meals and treats for the crew. Coffee enthusiasts will fall in love with the small coffee bar. All comfortable bedrooms have a TV for private retreats. There are plenty of attractions and activities nearby. Less than a mile away, there is the public boat launch (Gravois Mills Access), and the Dollar store in Gravois Mills for trip essentials and necessities. The Loop Lake Ozark Off-road Park and LOTO Lake of the Ozarks Off Road offer plenty of fun and excitement. You are also a short boat ride and golf cart ride from food and entertainment at Coconuts, Bananas Water Park, and Maggie's. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: 28x11 boat slip with 10,000 lb lift in shared 2 well dock with neighbor. Raise boat lift after use so it is not sitting in water. Boat dock that is attached to unit is down the back stairs, turn left. Down two houses is a shared dock with a Rubber Duck sign attached to the post. The left side of the shared dock is available for guest use. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything, the views were serene and the deck was peaceful. We enjoyed the fun decco and the attention to detail. The neighborhood the property was in appeared unkept & disheveled. The cabin was swarming with mosquitoes inside & out, making it impossible to enjoy even a moment of peace. Trying to relax on the deck? Forget it. A neighbor using a circular saw & electric sander just feet away. It felt more like we were staying next to a construction site than a lake retreat. Then, a large, 5-mo. old German Shepherd came barreling toward us & jumped on my back while the owner (that same neighbor) stood by & did absolutely nothing. No apology, no leash, no attempt to call the dog back. When we arrived, the inside of the cabin was a sweltering 78 degrees. I immediately lowered the thermostat & turned on every ceiling fan & window unit. Luckily, we brought two extra fans with us. The temperature only dropped to 76 degrees after 4 hours. I contacted Vacasa, the property management company, and they finally sent someone the next day—who was shocked at how hot it was inside & couldn’t believe we slept through it. At 3:15pm on our 2nd day, Vacasa said if we wanted a refund, we’d need to be out by 4pm with no offer to move us to another property. Allotting 45 min. to pack up & leave, & we had nowhere else to go. The coolest it got was still 70 deg. on day 3\.
