The master bedroom is perfect for a romantic retreat with a huge bathtub built for 2, a king size bed, and a sliding glass door to enjoy the view together on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a huge granite island with 6 bar stools for family dining which is open to the living/ family room. There is also a barbecue grill for outdoor time well spent with friends and family. The main deck (same level as the kitchen) has 2 tables to allow for plenty of space for outdoor dining. The waterside bar has bartop seating as well as a couch and chair area in front of the outdoor gas fireplace. The house functions as a four bedroom as the 400 square foot gym and 300 square foot game room are designed for private sleeping as well. The game room has two twin beds perfect for children and/or young adults and a queen bed. The gym has a queen bed. There is 1 other bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a large sectional couch (with a pullout bed) that can also sleep additional people, if needed. The master and second bedroom are both on the second floor. The master has an en suite bathroom as depicted in the photos. The second bedroom has a full bathroom immediately adjacent (includes tub and shower). The first floor bathroom (includes tub and shower) has a direct entry to the gym which has a queen-sized bed. The gym can be shut off from the rest of the house by a custom-built barn door, In other words, three bedrooms each have their own full bathroom which easily allows 3 couples to share the house while maintaining their privacy (The gym and master both have televisions and sliding doors to their respective decks.) This home has been built for fun and recreation for active adults and families. It has a gym, a game room, and a beautiful lakeside bar with an outdoor gas fireplace just feet from the water. The bar includes a small refrigerator for beer and other drinks. There is also a full size freezer that will hold numerous bags of ice. The dock is a two slip with one reserved for you to put your boat or jet ski. A swimming area where kids can play, adults can soak up the sun and all can fish. This dock has a crappie bed below and is a popular spot for local fishermen. In addition to the lake side patio, there are decks off of the two main floors. The view from these areas is truly breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The home is tucked in a private cove for water skiing and tubing, if you desire. Several of the lake's most popular spots are very close, including Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and many more. Also has access to a bigger dock with slide which the kids really enjoyed. House is spacious but living room furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. Beds were also uncomfortable and without the use of air mattresses we wouldn't have had room for our party of 11 to sleep. There's plenty of space to add more beds. Also, there wasn't a table to eat at. There's space in the kitchen/living room area for a nice long table.We missed having meals together and paying games and stuff at the table. Neither the kitchen island not the coffee table was a good substitue. Overall, we enjoyed the property, the owner is teriffic and very responsive but there were a few missed opportunites with the furniture and lack of table/eating space. ##### Shar T. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and well appointed. You can't beat the location. The house is in a private cove with a no wake zone so the kids could swim right off the dock and we didn't have to worry about boats and jet skis speeding around them. Fishing off the dock was great too! We also really enjoyed meeting the property owner. He is super nice and helpful with anything you need. We will definitely be back! ##### Traci P. The house was spacious, clean, and sufficiently stocked for our needs. The outdoor areas and dock were nice for enjoying the lake. We didn’t really use the outdoor bar area as we preferred the upper deck right off the living room to sit in the evenings. The only thing I would improve upon would be the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces - a good power washing would do wonders - and a few minor conveniences (grill brush to clean the grill, more bath towels & hand-towels, and more linens in the kitchen if you plan on cooking/cleaning up multiple meals). All in all we had an amazing week and would definitely rent from Rusty again in the future. ##### Julie H. It was great- the place was spacious but cozy ( the perfect lake house), it is also in a great location for restaurants and bars. The dock is big and fun. It has bar, a slide, kayaks. Our 4 boys came down for a few days and didn’t want to leave. Rusty, the owner, is a great guy. He is personable and very helpful. Even had a dog park for our dog. We were able to check out some of the sights and do a bit of partying in the evenings. Great property, exactly as advertised. Rusty was fantastic and very personable. I will definitely look to rent from him on my next Ozark getaway. ##### Eli F. Very dog friendly, with a new little dog park area coming in. The property manager is very nice and very responsive. Some little things could be improved, and there were small things that were in need of repair as well, like towel bars and tp roll holders that would fall off the wall. With a little fix here and there and an investment in some new kitchen wares, this would be a 5 star value. Definitely worth a stay, my family of five loved it and had plenty of space. ##### Steve E.
