THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted. • Please note, while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat is not available for rent and will occupy the boat slip for the duration of all guest stays. Guests can still tie their boat to the dock, or if needed, rent a slip at Millstone Marina, which is just 0.5 miles from the house. PET POLICIES - We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in this vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines: • Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost.
