Worst stay ever! Checked in at 3:30 and had to call for the front desk to come and do their job. The sign said they were "helping other guests". Who?? No one else was there. No continental breakfast except on Saturday and Sunday. This is NOT what it stated on the website. The ice machine was broken and he said if we needed ice to let him know. How? He was never in the office. The pool was green, NOT swimming in that. The room smelled like smoke and there was a cigarette hole in the top cover. You couldn't put anything in the freezer b/c of the frost build up. There were dead bugs behind the table where the plugs ins were. There was a guy that came pounding on our door at 4 am and woke us up. He wanted to come in and use our phone to try and get a hold of someone at the front desk? He was relentless and had to be told "no" and "go away" multiple times to get him to leave. This was ridiculous, frightening, and could probably have been prevented if the person running the motel cared. It shook us up and took forever to go back to sleep. Then around 9 am the maid decided to open our door. She didn't knock or announce herself. Just opened the door. We gave up and got up, still exhausted and got ready to leave. We took the keys back to the office and again, NO one was in the office at 10 am. Just the note saying he was helping other guests. There were no other cars in the parking lot at this time. I will NEVER stay here again. I recommend you avoid this place.
