This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. "Room needs a good clean, dusty round the edges, cobweb, bathroom smells, not a pleasant environment. Halls on the 11th floor had a horrible malodour. As a company that supplies commercial cleaning products to the Uk largest hotel chain there is no excuse for malodour and poor cleaning execution."

"Room was quirky (expected) and clean, but no decaf drinks. Restaurant was adequate but with good service. Breakfast wasn’t worth the £20 we paid in advance and was offered at £15 on check-in which was a more realistic price. A good place to stay in East London and we will probably go back but without ordering breakfast."
