"It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. "Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Clean room and good location. TVs don’t cast to your phone (they are meant to) switched rooms and even in new room didn’t work after a short while. Thanks to the staff for taking time to give me a new room. Worse thing was the AC! it’s centrally managed so had to keep window all night and it was very stuffy! Never been to a hotel in London where AC isn’t managed but the guest. It was far too hot inside."
