### Sandy Pines Cottage. Lake Muskoka, Gravenhurst

Traditional renovated cottage with volleyball court, firepit, 3 decks, and 150 feet to Muskoka beach. Large 5 bedroom , 2 bathroom cottage with screened porch that has a Harvest table and sitting area. Living room has a stone fireplace with large screen tv and satelite. Three bedrooms have doors opening up to exterior decks. Cottage is on natural gas and town water. Beach has a south western exposure with the best sunsets in Muskoka. Included are kayaks, canoe and a paddle boat. Kitchen is fully stocked including BBQ and propane.
