Good afternoon Shreya,Thanks for your feedback about your stay. We currently in the process of replacing our pack and plays and purchasing a few more for our property. With the Residence Inn brand we are designed for extended stays. If you had stayed one more night during your time at the hotel you would have gotten a refresh of your room.We don't have a kids pool on our property I think you are referring to our hot tub. The main pool is heated as well but just not as warm as the hot tub.Hopefully you choose to stay with us again in the future.Thanks,Alexander TomaszewskiOperations Manager

Good afternoon Amir,Unfortunately, we don't have a full-service restaurant on property. We just have the complimentary breakfast offered on our property. During your stay last week, we were experiencing some internet issues. When you checked in you should have been told about the connectivity issues we were experiencing.
