Very Private! DAYDREAM AREA Located in a quiet nook this amazing oasis is offers western exposure on the southern shores of Lake Muskoka! Whether you want to shop, eat out at a restaurant or enjoy local festivities, Daydream is located only a 7 and 16 minute drive away from Gravenhurst and Bracebridge respectively! PROPERTY DAYDREAM rests amongst the tree on a classically rocky Muskoka landscape! The trees act as a veil to further the feeling of being secluded and one with nature. The property boasts many outdoor seating areas, including one right off of the main floor of the cottage as well as a boathouse rooftop deck. The main level deck is furnished with 2 Muskoka chairs and a matching foot stool as well as a covered outdoor dining table that can seat 6 people. The stairs from the deck lead you down towards the waterfront where there is a rocky entrance into the water. An additional path leads you towards the boathouse where a set of 4 Muskoka chairs and a fire pit rest along the way. The boathouse rooftop deck provides a very modern elegance and is a perfect place to suntan or relax with a cocktail. It is furnished with 2 couches and 2 club chairs as well as a round table with 4 chairs underneath an umbrella. The dock below is perfect for swimming with deep water off the end of the dock! INTERIOR COTTAGE MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances as well as the washer and dryer and a breakfast table and water cooler nearby. DINING ROOM The beautiful dining room table can seat up to 10 people. LIVING ROOM The living room comes furnished with 2 couches around a flat screen satellite TV.
