Located in Gravedona, Italy, the residence offers easy access to the village center and various attractions.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy shared access to an angular fenced swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 meters with a depth of 140 cm, available seasonally from June 1 to September 30\. Relax with an outdoor shower and appreciate the pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener.

The residence features a lift and heating available from October 15 to April 15\. Public parking is conveniently located just 10 meters away on the road.
