We stayed at the AlpenGold Hotel for a weekend and our stay was amazing . The view was spectacular. The room , roomserivce, and the breakfast buffet was perfect . The staff are very professional. We left there very happy :)

Disappointing service. Good hotel
The service was not great. Understaffed and often did not understand or answer your request. Slow service at everything from restaurants to the spa room service etc. WARNING! The saune is for adults only. Do not got there with your kids. People go there naked but there was no warning for this and no one from the staff told us this local culture deed. Food was rubbish but Switzerland as a whole does not have great food to be honest. The hotel is nice the manager was very kind to upgrade us. The facilities were great location is good and you have shuttle service for free. Its a really nice hotel.

Fantastic mountain resort
Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Fantastic rooms, great views from balcony, nice Alpine designs throughout. Staffing in the Club Lounge was at modest levels, leaving tables dirty and food offerings lacking during peak hours. Everything else: perfect.

INTERCON DAVOS... PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
Hi. These guys have absolutely no clue what they doing. Housekeeping is basic at best. Reception is highly confused and delayed. Technical support is nonexistent and half the facilities in the room don't work. It's like a nightmare just to get wifi. The only department that's on the ball is Laura and her team at concierge. The rest have much to yearn for, however Mr Diego from the F&B tries to help but his staff are pathetic....

Excellent hotel
Stayed at Intercontinental Davos around the New Year's holidays with the family - everybody loved it! Everything worked nicely, service was great (although the staff looked overworked, they compensated with genuine friendliness), there are three excellent restaurants; the room was rather large, comfortable, with a great view towards the valley and the mountains. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool.

The best ever holiday start to finish a lot more than what we have expected staff restaurant service facilities all in all top service I will highly recommend it to anyone would like to spend luxury time and to be treated as a princess thank you Expedia and thank you Intercontinental devils especially the receptionist very helpful knowledgeable

5 star all the way
Short walk out of Davos, complimentary concierge shuttle service offered. Very clean, modern and well presented. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room all excellent. 2 restaurants same price as restaurants in Davos. Quiet and relaxing. Only down side was in room films charged at 19 francs each 😡😡

5 star hotel with good value for money
Top hotel with great amenities, spa, swimming pool, amazing view of the lake and mountain. Yet is the cheapest you will find around during the period of August. Highly recommended !

Very good looking but far from action.
The place is very prestigious very big and fancy. BUT it is few minutes drive from the city center and when road are with ice and snow and taxi are extrememly rare and expensive you are stuck in the hotel (shuttles are for skying 8-11 every hour). The atmosphere is SERIOUS / BUSINESS / SUITES and less fun.

The hotel installations are really nice, but the service ruins everything. Restaurants: the food is quite good but you have to wait too long to get it. Also they make several times mistakes with our order. In the reception the staff is not friendly at all, they act like you are annoying them. Is not the service of a 5 stars hotel!

Poor service, but beautiful resort
Beautiful hotel, poor service! The restaurant, Capricorn, needs step it up a few notches. We were ignored most of the time by our waiter, our food order was forgotten twice, took 2.5 hours to finally receive our meal, my family sat in misery while we waited for drink refills and of course, our food. The service in the lounge was very slow and inattentive as well. The concierge department wasn't very helpful, not much to offer and didn't seem to try. The bellhops seemed to be confused and lost, but did try to make an effort. The location, views and rooms were very nice, but for a 4-5 star luxury resort, I was disappointed. I definitely didn't get what I paid for.
