If you are visiting the Theodore Roosevelt Park this location is great. Be advised the term cozy means just that. The cabin is small with minimal counter space and table space but fits two adults. If there are more persons and you were stuck-in on a rainy day you might find it very confining. As VRBO's go, not our best experience by far. Minimal cooking utensils, no dish towels, one washcloth and hand towel, and an undersized air conditioner. The photos we saw when booking showed a mini split which is much more quiet and efficient. We had to take out our trash on the way out and wash dishes without a dish towel. Mattresses were not the best. No face to face contact with the host. Expected more for the price we paid.
