"The apartment was perfect for one person. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The deck was great for getting some sun and making phone calls. I was 5 mins from the Will Rogers Memorial Center and was within walking distance of restaurants. Shopping, Starbucks and great restaurants were all about 5 mins away give or take."

"This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"Was lucky enough to catch one of the cheapest short-term rental/long-term stay in the city. It was within walking distance of all the downtown offices and most of the Uptown offices. The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. It was also across the street from the Gov Records Building and a few blocks from multiple courthouses so it never felt unsafe in the...

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."
