« Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park and check in. We waited for staff to arrive due to a mix up on arrival date.Not sure where this confusion came from. Room was dated, musty. The shower door was jammed and unable to open. There was nobody on property to contact although there was a person we could call. She was helpful but filling in for regular staff. I don’t feel safe or comfortable in this area. Felt the vibe of an art center could have come across better in an updated room with local...

I went down to the lobby and asked if I could pay for an upgrade and I was told that my room was already a queen and there was nothing they could do. Worse bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. « Bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Hôtel bien placé, parking gratuit appréciable. Petit déjeuner correct. Gros point négatif, mais comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels où nous avons séjourné: beaucoup trop de plastique à usage unique au petit déjeuner (couverts en plastiques, emballés dans du plastique!). Je pense qu'il y a un gros effort à faire à ce niveau dans l'hôtellerie aux US! »

« 1\. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2\. The room was dirty. 3\. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4\. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5\. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6\.
