It boasts a well-kept garden of 2,500 square meters, complete with a lawn for sunbathing, plants, an orchard, and a courtyard with a natural pond. You'll appreciate the convenience of having parking available at the house, as well as access to amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.

Kranich's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable. The property encompasses a 4,600 square meter natural area, providing ample space for relaxation and exploration. The beautifully maintained garden features a lush lawn, vibrant plants, and a charming orchard. The open living/dining room has a panoramic window and includes a sleeping facility measuring 145 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, satellite TV, and a flat-screen television. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/shower/WC on the same level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers amenities such as a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 3-year-olds, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
