This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. The coffee bar was so nice! The tree in the back yard is a treasure! The giant falling leaves were beautiful and it felt so peaceful back there. Everything was clean and tidy and we, for the first time, had access to cleaning products and tools so that we could keep it that way during our stay.
