Little touches everywhere like a robe, extra coffee pods, dimmable lights, and fresh fruit with the personalized welcome note made it feel like a nicer hotel. It was so bad that we ended up booking at a hotel down the road. The property owner not only didn't care but also kept our cleaning deposit even though we didn't stay there for more than 2 minutes. It was so bad we didn't even bring out stuff inside. This was followed with a 45 min call with VRBO and a drive back to the property to take pictures for the rep. Be aware that Expedia is now allowing VRBO properties and you will be dealing with VRBO not Expedia if your not happy with the property. The room looked like the owner converted part of their garage into a bedroom with a bathroom.
