HOWEVER, I would say it is hard pressed to say it sleeps 10 as advertised. I would say it sleeps 8 at best. We had 6 and that was comfortable. 3 were not able to make it. If we had the full 9 as originally scheduled, one would be sleeping on the couch (not a pullout), just the regular couch and that's not fair to pay that money and have them sleep on a couch. We were very uncomfortable in any of the beds in the rooms...the best bed in the house that we could actually get some sleep in was the livingroom hideabed. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on so we didn't sit on it much at all. The outside of the property was peacful. We thought that the property was way overpriced. We recently stayed in a different vrbo in medford that had 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms extremely comfortable beds a chefs kitchen with 2 ovens a beautifully decorated deck and a pool with a cabana and paid way less... all in all your house was decent but i don't think we would rent it again because of the price and the level of comfort. ##### Brandie H.
