We saw lots of deer, turkeys, and so many different species of birds! It is located close enough to town that dining and activities are easily accessible. The kitchen and bathroom, living room and tv, outdoor grill and hot tub area were all above our expectation. The location was great, we traveled to Crater Lake one day and Redwoods the next. We had a little bit of WiFi trouble but the host was extremely responsive and took care of the issue immediately when I messaged. We saw deer and turkeys on property so that was also a plus! Very high end finishes and very quiet surroundings. The listing is misleading saying two bedrooms when there is only one bedroom. There is a loft (with a small foam mat) at the top of a long ladder and a pull out couch, but is not a bedroom. Check in could not have been easier. The place was SPOTLESS. We sat in the hot tub the first morning with cool rain coming down in the forest around us and the song of birds in the trees. When we came back at night, the sounds of the creek were so soft and welcoming. The bed was firm but surprisingly comfortable. The couch was not a broken down mess like in some other places we have stayed, but fresh and supportive. The slanted driveway was challenging in heals, but once I switched to flats I had no problem. I will say, this place would not be good for abyone with hip or knee problems as there is a sloped driveway to park in and several steps inside (as mentioned in the listing). Angela, the host, was wonderful and communicated with is a lot until we checked in, then left us to our stay with a promise to respond if we needed anything else. ##### Angela B.
